Mayor joe nicastro and brad keating coo eurogerm kb ingredients

                Eurogerm KB

Founder and current owner Brad Keating has been around the food industry his entire life.  His father was the plant manager of the M&M Mars manufacturing plant in Hackettstown, NJ.  After graduating college, Brad began his career in sales, selling food ingredients primarily to the baking industry.  During this time, Brad developed a strong vision of how an ingredient business should be run.  He decided to strike out on his own and began a food ingredients distribution business originating out of his home in New Jersey.

The focus of KB Ingredients from the start, was to give customers the product/package/logistic that made their operations run more efficiently. KB would always go the extra yard to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty. Success with this concept encouraged investment in a facility and processing equipment located in the International Free Trade Zone in Budd Lake, NJ.  The entrepreneurial spirit and vision that began KB are today, the guiding principles for all KB employees.

                  Bon Venture Services, LLC

Founded in 1976, Bon Venture Services grew from humble beginnings. Things were a little different then they are today.Bookkeeping was done from a dining room table in PA, and the print work from a garage in NJ. But as the business grew, office and production space was rented, spouses were relieved of their “entrepreneurial” duties, and our family of employees was born. Still family owned and operated, we’re proud to carry on the tradition started over thirty years ago.
Now in a new century, Bon Venture Services continues to flourish. With lofty goals and rock solid integrity, Bon Venture Services is eagerly pressing forward into the future. Come along for the ride and join our extended family of customers – see the difference true “service” can make.

Mayor Joe Nicastro had  the pleasure to meet Dr. Lederer Doctor of Cultivate Chiropractic . Located at 240 US 206 Flanders NJ
Although Kathryn has been under chiropractic care for most of her life, it wasn’t until she experienced chronic headaches in high school that she realized how life changing it could be. Regular chiropractic care allowed her to stop taking Excedrin headache every afternoon and helped her understand how her behaviors and environment affected her health.
Kathryn went to Liberty University for her undergraduate degree, earning a dual degree in Business Management and International Business. She then earned her Masters of Science degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. While she did her graduate coursework, she worked for the Midwives of NJ as a Midwife assistant. It was this work that inspired a love for working with mothers and babies, but she knew midwifery wasn’t the right path for her. She was able to witness the power of prenatal and pediatric chiropractic through the midwife patients and decided to go back to school yet again.
Kathryn attended Life University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021. She joined the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and has earned her Webster and Perinatal certifications. She continues to work towards her CACCP (Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics) so that she can better serve the children in her practice.
Kathryn started Cultivate because she believes that by investing in the health of pregnant women and children, we can cultivate lasting health, not just in this generation, but in all those that follow. “[She] who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and [she] who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully” (2 Corinthians 9:6)
Outside of chiropractic, Kathryn enjoys traveling the world, reading lots of books, and watching movies with her kitties, Crosby and Nash. She is a devoted “Auntie Kafrin” to her nieces and nephew, and loves spending time with her parents and 3 sisters.
